    We've cruised the information superhighway this week and found some interesting stops along the way. Take a drive through some of our favorites below:

    • The National Society for Histotechnology has its annual competition, Art of the Stain. Histotechnologists enter their best photo to for a chance to have the Society incorporate the photo in their logo next year. Check out the competition here: https://www.nsh.org/home
    • On April 8, 2024 the moon will totally eclipse the sun in a path that will traverse North America. This eclipse will
      • Last longer since the moon is at a point in its orbit that is closer to earth;
      • The sun will be close to a solar maximum resulting in strong plasma streaks and a potential coronal mass ejection;
      • And the next full eclipse to cross the contiguous United States isn't until 2044.
